Update - Level Redesign!


I was able to complete a redesign for all of the map layouts as well as reconfigure several of the puzzles during Improve My Game Jam this week!

I believe that the experience will be overall improved for people who are interested in the story and those who are more focused on the puzzles and would rather not have all the cutscenes/backtracking the earlier version of the game had.

I think there are probably still some bugs, especially in the last section with the barrel pushing puzzle, and I intend to go back and deal with those next.

I also wasn't able to customize as much of the sprites as I wanted, although I did get to add more of my own artwork, and added the avatars I created with the RPGMaker character generator to all (?) of the dialogue.

I'm overall really pleased with the progress I was able to make, and I hope I'll be able to create the custom assets that I want and start work on the next chapter soon :)
